John Whitfield is a product leader and entrepreneur focused on building software that helps small businesses grow. He is the sole product manager at Carrot, where he leads product strategy across Carrot\u2019s full product portfolio, including Carrot CRM, an AI-powered platform that supports real estate investors. Previously, John co-founded InvestorFuse and bootstrapped the company from two founders to a 15-person remote team, scaling to 300+ paying customers before its acquisition by Carrot in 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

John is also an active volunteer with Turtle Survival Alliance\u2019s Florida Springs Program, supporting turtle population surveys through hands-on fieldwork, species documentation, and data entry across Florida spring systems. Based in Gainesville, Florida, he brings a blend of technology, operations, and on-the-ground conservation experience to the Turtle Survival Alliance Board of Directors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
