Patricia A. Koval is a corporate director based in Toronto, Canada. She is the Lead Director of the \u00a0Board of\u00a0Trans Mountain Corporation and a director of the real estate, construction, property management and senior living communities companies of the Tridel Group. \u00a0She is also a director of the Nature Conservancy of Canada (NCC), the Chair of NCC\u2019s Ontario Regional Advisory Board and a member of NCC\u2019s Conservation Committee and of its Nature+ Climate Accelerator. \u00a0She is the Chair of the \u00a0Board of the Toronto and Region Conservation Foundation and serves on a number of other non-profit boards.\u00a0 She is a member of the Advisory Council of Wildlife Conservation Society. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pat is a former Senior Partner of Torys LLP, where she practiced corporate, securities and governance law. Pat has a long history of volunteering in the conservation sector where, among other things, she is a Past Chair of the Board of World Wildlife Fund Canada and a past Board member of Rainforest Trust. She has a long history of supporting turtle conservation and, in 2024, received the Pritchard Turtle Conservation Lifetime Achievement Award.
